Daroon is a house for the practices that bring you back to yourself — yoga, breath and sound, under one warm roof.

Daroon means within in Farsi. I built this house the way I wish someone had built it for me — warm light, no mirrors on every wall, no one performing anything.
Yoga leads every week here. Breathwork and meditation keep it honest, and sound carries what words can't. You don't need to be flexible, experienced, or fixed. You just need to arrive.
